Do I need a ticket or reservations? And what is the cost?
Yes. All Bands On Deck! is a ticketed event. The first 750 tickets sold will cost $10 (plus applicable fees). The next 750 tickets sold will cost $14( plus applicable fees). The next 1,000 tickets sold will cost $18 until the day of show. Day of show tickets will be $22. There will be a limited number of VIP tickets available at $30, after which the cost will be $40.
What are “applicable fees?”
In addition to the base price, each ticket will have a facility fee of $3 and Ticketfly service charge(s) if purchased via Ticketfly.
VIP tickets, huh? What does that get me?
VIP tickets allow access to the backstage patio and a front-of-stage area from which to see the show.
What time does the show start?
We’ll get going at 4pm. Doors will open at 3pm.
What if it rains?
The event will go on rain or shine.
Where can I park? What if I ride my bike?
There is a FREE bike valet located next to the beach bike path just south of the Pier.
Parking for autos is available just south of the Pier off of Pacific Coast Highway (1550 PCH Lot), on a first come, first served basis. There is plenty of parking as close as two blocks away from the Pier in Santa Monica city parking lots on Colorado Ave., 2nd St. and 4th St. There is no parking permitted on the Pier Parking Deck. Is there seating available?
G.A. tickets for this event do not guarantee a seat. You are welcome to bring beach chairs (low-backed chairs only) and blankets and sit on the Pier deck..
Are pets allowed?
Pets are NOT allowed in the venue for this event. Dogs must be on a leash anywhere else on the Pier. Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Santa Monica Pier.
What else can I NOT bring inside the venue?
- Glass bottles
- Liquids in glass or plastic (other than up to 1 litre of unopened water)
- Marking pens
- Video/audio recording equipment, nor professional photography gear
are all prohibited inside the venue.
Where can I eat?
There will be food carts at the show with a range of dining choices. You are allowed to bring your own food, although security will search your bag upon entry.
Is alcohol permitted?
There will be several full service bars within the venue. You may not bring alcohol into the venue and consumption of alcohol is not permitted in public spaces on the Pier with the exception of licensed establishments.
How cold does it get?
After the sun goes down it can sometimes get a bit chilly requiring a sweater or jacket. It’s always a good idea to have something to throw on just in case.
Where is first aid located?
If you require first aid assistance, please visit the Pier Corp. Booth/Tent and we will contact the proper authority. If it is an emergency, please call 911.
Where is the lost and found?
Please visit the Pier Corp. booth/tent for any lost items.
What shoes should I wear?
Shoes with heels are not recommended. We highly recommend flats and sneakers.
